Japanese and Vietnamese Cuisine
Koy Restaurant is Glenn Mill’s new Vietnamese and Japanese Cuisine. Food is normally ordered slowly over several courses rather than all at once.
The kitchen will serve the food when ready rather than in formal courses like Western restaurants. We specialize in Pho (Beef Soup), Vermicelli, Seafood, Stir-fried, Skewers, and Pork Chops seasoned and skillfully grilled to perfection.
We also offer “Sashimi, Sushi Rolls and Omakase!” Omakase is Japanese dining in which guests leave themselves in the hands of a chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients available. We believe food is better shared- our menu is unique Vietnamese and Japanese style.
Koy offers its customers the perfect place to de-stress after a hard day’s work, to make time to relax with co-workers and friends, and to eat and drink! We cater to individuals and groups.
